Therapy

Therapy that sees the whole of you.

You may be successful, capable, and the person others rely on - and still feel overwhelmed, disconnected, exhausted, anxious, or unsure of how to move forward.

You may be navigating a demanding career, a changing relationship, a major life transition, caregiving, grief, health concerns, trauma, or the pressure of holding everything together. You do not have to minimize your experience just because you are functioning on the outside.

Therapy is a space to talk through your hopes and dreams without judgment.

It’s a place to explore and address the challenges of life. You can learn coping skills to help you overcome the demands of life’s challenges, communication skills to improve your relationships, and set boundaries.

This is also a space to address beliefs keeping you stuck in unhealthy or unproductive patterns. We’ll explore how your life experiences have shaped your thoughts and beliefs about yourself and how you navigate your world.

As we discover what you want to achieve and what’s holding you back, we’ll create a plan with specific, achievable actions to get you the life you’ve always dreamed of.

You do not have to earn rest, clarity, or support.
You deserve a place to be fully seen.

My mission is to provide thoughtful, trauma-informed, whole-person counseling for women who are ready to feel more grounded, connected, and aligned with the life they want to live.

I believe healing is not limited to talking about what hurts. It also involves understanding the relationship between your thoughts, emotions, body, relationships, lived experiences, work, environment, and values.

Using an integrated biopsychosocial approach, I consider the full context of your life:

  • Biology: sleep, stress physiology, health concerns, energy, movement, nourishment, and the ways the body carries stress

  • Psychology: thoughts, emotions, coping patterns, identity, beliefs, and past experiences

  • Social context: relationships, family roles, career demands, culture, community, and systems that influence your daily life

The biopsychosocial model recognizes that biological, psychological, and social factors interact in both health and recovery; it provides a framework for understanding a person beyond a diagnosis or isolated symptoms.

My role is not to tell you who to be or hand you a one-size-fits-all plan. It is to help you make sense of your experience, identify what matters most, and develop tools and patterns that support the life you want to build.
