Female 1st Wellness Consulting

Our Sessions Will Be …

Personalized

Our initial sessions will be dedicated to assessing your current wellness and creating a personalized plan to fit your unique needs and goals.

Targeted

Everyone has pain points when it comes to achieving full body wellness. I’ll work closely with you to help identify and overcome your underlying symptoms and triggers.

Integrative

Since achieving wellness is more than just exercise and diet, it’s also about achieving equilibrium throughout the body. I’ll be guiding you toward other helpful practices such as stress management, functional medicine, therapeutics, and more.

Female 1st Wellness Consulting

A high-touch, whole-person wellness experience for women ready to make lasting health and vitality a priority.

Female 1st was created from the belief that women’s health is not simply about eating less, exercising more, or trying harder. For many women - especially those carrying demanding careers, families, leadership roles, caregiving responsibilities, or years of chronic stress—lasting change requires looking at the full picture.

The Female 1st Wellness Consulting is a personalized, minimum 12-week partnership for women who want focused support, clearer health information, and practical accountability as they build sustainable routines for energy, strength, resilience, and long-term vitality.

This is not a one-size-fits-all fitness plan. It is a structured, individualized process that considers your health history, current lifestyle, stress load, sleep, nutrition, movement, recovery, goals, and the patterns that may be making it difficult to feel like yourself.Female 1st VIP Wellness Consulting.

A Whole-Person Approach

Your body, mindset, relationships, environment, responsibilities, and daily habits all influence your well-being.

Female 1st brings together my background in exercise physiology, strength and conditioning, integrative health, nutrition, and wellness coaching with a mental-health-informed, biopsychosocial perspective. We consider the interaction between:

  • Biology: Energy, sleep, movement, nourishment, recovery, life-stage changes, and functional wellness data

  • Psychology: Mindset, stress patterns, self-talk, motivation, beliefs, and behavior-change barriers

  • Lifestyle and Environment: Career demands, family responsibilities, routines, relationships, time, resources, and the systems that either support or drain your well-being

This approach recognizes that health behaviors do not occur in a vacuum. They are shaped by the life you are actually living.

The Female 1st Framework

Sustainable wellness is not about more willpower, restriction, or another rigid plan. It is about understanding the whole picture—your body, stress, mindset, health history, habits, and the demands of your real life.

My consulting is mental health-informed. Stress, emotions, coping patterns, perfectionism, relationships, and past experiences can all shape your health behaviors. This is not therapy; it is whole-person wellness support that considers the connection between mind, body, and lifestyle.

Stress & Recovery

Chronic stress affects more than your mood. It can influence energy, sleep, appetite, recovery, motivation, and your ability to follow through.

Together, we identify what is draining your capacity and create realistic practices that support recovery, regulation, and resilience—without adding more to your plate.

Hormone & Metabolic Wellness

Hormonal and metabolic shifts can affect energy, sleep, appetite, mood, body composition, and overall well-being.

As an Integrative Health Practitioner, I can facilitate functional at-home testing and review wellness data through an educational, non-diagnostic lens. This information can help guide personalized support around nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, and recovery.

Mindset & Sustainable Change

Health habits do not last when they are built on shame, perfectionism, or all-or-nothing thinking.

We focus on awareness, flexible thinking, and values-based habits that help you build consistency - without requiring perfection.

Strength training, nutrition, conditioning, and lifestyle habits matter. They work best when your plan fits your stress level, recovery needs, support system, and real life.

What You Can Expect …

Your consulting experience is tailored to your goals and may include:

  • A comprehensive health-history, lifestyle, and wellness assessment

  • Review of your current routines, stressors, goals, barriers, and available supports

  • Functional wellness lab testing, when appropriate and desired

  • Educational review of functional wellness data and lifestyle patterns

  • A personalized wellness roadmap focused on practical, sustainable next steps

  • Guidance and accountability around movement, strength, nourishment, sleep, stress management, recovery, and daily routines

  • Values-based goal setting and behavior-change support

  • Regular consulting sessions, progress reviews, and plan adjustments

  • Access to relevant Female 1st psychoeducational workshops and learning resources

  • Coordination with recommendations from your medical or licensed healthcare team, as appropriate

The purpose is not to add another demanding plan to your life. It is to help you create a clear, supportive foundation that works within your real responsibilities, capacity, and goals.

The DESTRESS Framework

The Female 1st approach is informed by the DESTRESS Framework - a practical way to organize the lifestyle factors that support overall health and vitality:

  • D — Diet: Building nourishing, realistic eating patterns that support your goals

  • E — Exercise: Establishing movement and strength practices that fit your body and lifestyle

  • S — Sleep & Stress Management: Supporting restorative sleep and more effective stress-response habits

  • T — Toxin Awareness: Exploring practical ways to reduce unnecessary environmental exposures without fear or perfectionism

  • R — Restorative Rest: Creating space for recovery, rest, and nervous-system support

  • E — Energy: Identifying patterns that affect physical, emotional, and daily energy

  • S — Supplements: Discussing wellness education and questions to bring to your qualified medical provider when relevant

  • S — Success Mindset: Replacing unsustainable pressure with self-awareness, flexible thinking, and values-guided action

This framework does not replace medical care. It helps you organize the everyday choices and supports that can contribute to a more sustainable health foundation.

How Is Consulting Different From Therapy?

Female 1st Wellness Consulting is designed for women seeking non-clinical, goal-focused support with health habits, lifestyle change, and overall well-being.

Who This For …

If you are a professional, executive, business owner, attorney, healthcare provider, caregiver, or female first responder who:

Feels depleted despite appearing capable and successful on the outside

→ Wants a personalized, data-informed wellness plan rather than another generic program

→ Has difficulty maintaining routines because stress, work, caregiving, travel, or life demands keep getting in the way

→ Wants support that considers health habits alongside mindset, stress, energy, and recovery

→ Is ready to move away from restrictive, perfectionistic, or all-or-nothing approaches to wellness

→ Values education, accountability, and a practical long-term approach to health

You do not need to have every answer before you begin. You only need to be willing to look honestly at what is and is not working and make space for change.

Who This Not For …

Consulting may not be the best starting point if you are a professional currently seeking:

→ Treatment for anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, substance use, disordered eating, or another mental-health concern

→ Support for intense emotions, relationship distress, past experiences, or patterns that require a therapeutic space

→ Crisis intervention, suicide-risk support, or immediate mental-health care

→ A medical diagnosis, treatment plan, prescription, or interpretation of urgent medical symptoms

→ Therapy that focuses on healing emotional pain, processing trauma, improving relationships, or treating a mental-health condition

→ A quick fix, rigid meal plan, guaranteed result, or someone to make health decisions for you

If emotional health, relationship concerns, trauma, anxiety, depression, or a significant life transition is your primary concern, counseling may be a more appropriate place to begin. Counseling provides a confidential, clinical space to understand your experience, build coping skills, process difficult emotions, and work toward meaningful change.
